Body Pump
Challenge yourself with the original barbell class that strengthens and tones your entire body.
 
The indoor cycling workout where you ride to the rhythm of powerful music to a calorie burning endorphin high.

Power Hour
Largely a circuit based class, expect some variation from week to week - may include some boxing, fitball and spin. Kickstart your day!
 
Excellent class for those looking for a challenge. A combination of of boxing and aerobic training will help you see results fast
Boxing
 
Kickboxing
An energised class using boxing and kickboxing techniques. Improves fitness, strength and flexibility. Also a great way to learn some basic self defence. All ages & abilities.
 
Ab blasting, Butt toning, Thigh scilpting experience.
Feel Liberated and alive with this energizing class that pushes fat burning systems into high gear.
Pilates
 
Beginners Pilates

A slow and gentle class utilising basic yoga poses.
Leave this class feeling rejuvinated and relaxed

 
An exercise designed at targeting core muscles, increasing muscle strength and muscle tone. High in intensity, but low in impact makes this class a very unique style of exercise.
