Ian Hedley
Ian has extensive knowledge & experience in all areas of fitness & strength trainging. He has worked as a group fitness instructor, gym instructor, personal trainer & has over 15 years experience.
He also works very closely with local physios and doctors to help with rehabilitation of injuries, designing programs that will help strengthen backs, knees & shoulders.

Ian also has a Certificates III & IV in Fitness Instruction. He is a qualified Master Trainer & is a Level II Strength & Conditioning Coach. |

Alana Holben
Alana commenced with the Body Club team in June 2006, she is a certified Group Exercise Instructor, including Les Mills programs; RPM (indoor cycling), BodyStep & BodyPump.
Alana is currently studying her Master Trainer qualifications with a strong focus on body sculpting & toning, weight loss and sports specific training programs. She is an experienced athlete in both distance running and triathlon competition, competing at sprint distance, olympic and half iron man levels.
Alana is one of the Body Club's most energetic, loud and motivated instructors. Class participants will be guarenteed a great workout with lots of laughs and thumping music!

Lesley Motherwell
Lesley has over twenty years experience in the Fitness Industry!
She worked as a Group Fitness Instructor for many years in the Northern Territory, Western Australia and in Colorado, USA.
Lesley is now a qualified Master Trainer, and specialises in programs for women. These include Weight loss & toning, Strength & Conditioning, Cardio vascular fitness & Flexibilty.
Lesley keeps in shape through running and weight & cardio training in the gym.

Shaye McColl
-Gym Instructor certified from Australian Institue of Fitness
-Certificate III in Fitness from Australian Institute of Fitness
-Currently completing Certificate IV in Fitness through the Australian Institute of Fitness.
Relatively new to the Fitness Industry Shaye has been a gym instructor and trainer at the Body Club for six months. Currently completing her Certificate 1V in Fitness through the Institute of Fitness and working at the Club keeps her busy. As a trainer Shaye helps her clients to achive their personal goals wether it is through weight loss & body sculpting or strenght and conditioing and maintaining a a high level of cardio vascular fitness.

Sarah Kissell
Sarah is a qualified Les Mills Body Pump, Body Combat and Body Attack Instructor.
She receently achieved her Certificate III in Fitness and Certificate IV in Fitness both from the Australian Institute of Fitness.
She has been a Personal Trainer and Gym instructor for over a year now. Sarah specialises in small group training indoors and outdoors and womens weight loss training methods. In her spare time she enjoys the great outdoors this beautiful region has to offer.

Scott Anderson
Scott is a Martial Artist with 20yrs competitive experience.
He has trained and competed in JUDO, GO JU RYU KARATE, SHOOT WRESTLING, BOXING and MUAY THAI.
He is a black belt in Shootwrestling. He was the W.A.A.B.A. State Light-middleweight champion, W.A.A.B.A. State Middleweight champion and the A.A.B.A. Australian Light–Middleweight champion.
As a coach he has hosted the Dutch World Muay Thai Championship team, and a team of professional boxers from Russia. He is currently working with our young team of aspiring Boxing and Muay Thai competitors.

Naomi Fitzpatrick
Is a certified Yoga teacher. From her many years in Yoga instruction Naomi's goal is for her pupils to reach an optimum state of health by bringing balance into their bodies, their mind and their heart.
Treating Yoga as therapy is Naomi's on-going study and interest.
