Here at The Body Club we endeavour to provide an inclusive environment for health & fitness enthusiasts of all levels.

Whether you're advanced in your training or a beginner we've got you covered. The Body Club is built to cater for strength training, body building, powerlifting, functional training, boxing and cardio.

Our state of the art facility includes an upstairs area with cardio machines, a stretching room and a functional training space. The main floor boasts all of our pinned and plated machines, a 9-station cable machine and multiple dumbbell racks. We have a dedicated powerlifting space, a dedicated boxing area and a turfed functional training space.

Cardio Room

Upstairs we have a dedicated cardio room fully equipped with multiple treadmills, ellipticals, bikes, rowers and stairmaster.


Pinned + Plated Machines

Our main gym floor is fully equipped with 36 pinned and plated machines, 


Free Weights 

We have plenty of free weights, benches and dumbbells, so there is more than enough for everyone.


We have 3 half-racks with lifting platforms and bumper plates.


Functional Training 

We have rowers, a ski erg, air bikes, battles, boxes, a sled, a prowler, kettlebells, tyres, sledgehammers and plyo-boxes.

Boxing Area

We are the only gym in the South West with a dedicated boxing area with 2 heavy-bags, a water bag, floor to ceiling bag, speedbag and a boxmaster.
